These are some backgrounds I created for a prospective animated TV episodic adaption of The Black Cauldron.
The story is loosely based on Welsh mythology.
All of them are miniatures, mostly shot in-camera with a bit of compositing here and there.
They are made out of plaster and resin, with lots of paint and drybrushing.
